Leadser is a digital proposal platform that allows users to create, send, track, and sign proposals electronically. The Service includes proposal creation tools, analytics, e-signature capabilities, and integrations with third-party services.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Ensuring all information you provide is accurate and up-to-date

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit illegal activities
  • Send proposals containing false, misleading, or fraudulent content
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the Service
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

5. Proposals and E-Signatures

When you create and send proposals through the Service, you represent that you have the authority to do so on behalf of yourself or your organization. E-signatures collected through the Service are intended to be legally binding. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable e-signature laws in your jurisdiction.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Leadser and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and your proposal recipients.

8. Subscription and Payment

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee the legal enforceability of e-signatures in all jurisdictions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leadser shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost business opportunities, or damages arising from proposals or e-signatures.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
